  PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

Products are continually updated and revised through our website. Products may also be discontinued or modified. Differences between what is shipped and what is described may occur on occasion. Valleyofsun.com cannot guarantee the availability of product on the internet site. Prices displayed on the internet site do not include shipping, handling or sales taxes. Additional costs, such as shipping, handling, sales taxes will be added to the sub-total of the order. Orders are subject to delays due to labor, materials, transportation or to any cause beyond our control. The manufacturers we represent reserve the right to change specifications as conditions warrant. Products are also subject to availability.

  ADDRESS CHANGE

If you provided an inaccurate address to valleyofsun.com or if you have the delivery changed to a different location after the order was placed, a $10.00 fee may be added to your order. Please notify us quickly of an address change to avoid misdirected shipments and consequent delays.

  REFUSED PACKAGES OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Valleyofsun.com will charge a return shipping fee equal to the cost of shipping the product to you when you refuse the shipment or not present to complete the delivery. Reports must be made to Valley of the Sun Heating and Cooling Supply, Inc. within 8 days for any merchandise received damaged. This includes visible or concealed damage. Failure to report any dents, holes, tears, etc. or any damage will forfeit any right to make a claim.

  DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If materials or products are defective, merchandise or products are not performing or operating to specificatios you might have a defective product. Defective products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer must be contacted for certain instructions on its policies and procedures
