	Enhanced Performance & Reliability - Conventional, slab-coil design slings considerable amounts of condensate onto the condenser shroud, offering no performance benefits. In contrast, the Amana PTAC Bent Coil Technology curves around the slinger ring, adding 25% more primary coil surface are, ensuring unmatched use of condensate for cooling system operation, maximizing condensate evaporation and minimizing water overflow  The Amana 9,000 BTUH PTAC unit boasts an industry leading 11.5 EER.
	High-Tech Fan - for quiet operation. The 9 forward curved blades of the fan are strategically curved and sized to maximize the air flow across the outside coil, minimizing energy consumption and increasing efficiency.  The slinger ring throws condensate on the back and sides of the bent coil for additional cooling and reduces the amount of condensate that leaves the unit.
	Easy-Clean Filter - The Amana PTAC pull-out filter offers easy maintenance just open the intake grille and  slide out the filter for easy cleaning. Activated charcoal filters are also available as an option to absorb airborne orders.
	Quick Condenser-Coil Cleaning - Easy access to Amana's Bent Coil technology makes routine maintenance a snap - saving you money.  The entire top of the Bent Coil shroud is easily removed.  Now, the whole condenser can be cleaned, thoroughly and quickly, which improves heat transfer., maintains capacity and efficiency and significantly extends the compressor and sealed system life.
	Extra Deep Base Pan Well - The outdoor section of the Amana PTAC unit's base pan has been deepened to allow more of the coil and tubing to be immersed in the condensate, which increases the heat transfer, cools the unit and prolongs the life of the compressor.
